Delivery
Once your order is completed with our online store, your items will be sent to you in f 3-4 business days.
The shipping costs will depend on the weight of the parcel and the distance of travel.
We offer free delivery with any purchases of 200 $CA or more in Quebec and 300 $CA or more anywhere in Canada, except for orders for which the total weight exceeds 10 pounds. In such a case, the shipping cost will be calculated separately.
Inventory
We do our best to keep our online store inventory up to date but an article you ordered could be out of stock.
If anything prevents us from shipping your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
