Returns & Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange, credit or refund. Le Walkin Boutique only accepts the returns within 10 business days, following the date you received your purchase. The items must be returned in their original condition; unused, unwashed with no odors such as perfume, food or cigarettes with all the tags and labels still on each item.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and are at your own expense.
All items must be sent prepaid.
Certain items : (All the jewelry, accessories (sunglasses, hats, socks), lingerie articles, vintage pieces and item on sale are final and cannot be returned.
All returns made directly at the store are handled free of charges.
IMPORTANT NOTE: For all orders completed with in-store pick-up, return policies are the same as those applicable in store. No refund. Exchange or credit note only. With incoice and labels, within 7 working days, on regular priced items only.
Non-exchangeables/refundables items remain the same online or in store.
The loyalty card can be stamped for purchases made with the in-store pickup.
However, the 10$ rebate, cannot be deducted from the invoice or given in cash.
Please wait for the store to respond with instructions before sending the item(s). For all returns note the return # that we will provide you, on your return packaging.
We are not responsible for lost packages or those sent to the wrong address.

We will send you an email confirmation for your exchange, credit note or refund once your returned items are received, approved and completed.
Please be advised, that we have the right to refuse any returns if they dont answer our return policy and criteria. Your return will be processed within 5 business days.
In the case of an exchange, your request will be treated the same delay.
